From initial concept to final production, we provide custom rubber manufacturing solutions tailored to your exact specifications. Our capabilities include mold design, compression and transfer molding, rubber-to-metal bonding, and production support for projects of all sizes.
COMPRESSION AND TRANSFER MOLDING
Our compression and transfer presses range up to 48" x 48", allowing us to mold small precision parts or large components with consistent results. We process a wide range of elastomers, including NBR, HNBR, Viton, EPDM, and silicone, to match your performance needs.
RUBBER-TO-METAL BONDING
Jet Rubber produces bonded seals, vibration isolators, and other assemblies where adhesion and durability are critical. We handle the entire process from surface preparation and adhesive selection to molding and final inspection, to ensure long-lasting bond integrity.
IN-HOUSE MOLD DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING
Our machine shop supports rapid tooling development and maintenance. By designing and building molds internally, we shorten lead times and improve repeatability. We use CAD/CAM software boosted by AI and CNC machining to ensure every cavity matches print requirements.
PROTOTYPING AND SMALL RUNS
Whether you’re validating a new design or testing material performance, we provide short-run molding and prototyping services. This helps customers refine parts before committing to production tooling.
GASKET CUTTING
We provide precision-cut gaskets from a wide range of materials using CNC cutting for tight tolerances, clean edges, and reliable sealing across prototypes, small runs, and full production volumes.
